Matrix Mental Health

Office Manager

Melissa Labriola

I’ve been working at Matrix Mental Health as Office Manager for about one year. Prior to this role, I spent a handful of years doing administrative work for a construction company. While I enjoyed that position, I felt a strong desire to do work where I could help people in a more meaningful way.

My personal experiences as a patient throughout my life deeply shaped my approach to this role. Those journeys taught me firsthand how much the healthcare industry needs more care, compassion, and understanding. I strive to bring that empathy into every interaction — even if it’s just a short phone call to schedule an appointment or assist with a patient’s needs.

I know how hard it can be when you’re struggling and need support outside of regular office hours. That’s why I make myself available most days, whether by phone or message, to help with questions for the doctor, or anything else our patients may need.
